ShopDot Shipping & Returns Policy

ShopDot is the commerce infrastructure behind your favorite brands. Each brand ships and handles its own returns directly, so you're working with them — not a middleman.


Order Confirmation

Once your order is placed, you'll receive a confirmation email that includes:

  • Your order details
  • Contact information for the brand fulfilling your order

When your order ships, you'll receive a shipping update with tracking and the brand's contact details.


Shipping

Each brand ships your order directly. Processing times, carriers, and shipping costs are set by the brand and listed on the product page.

  • Where we ship: United States only. Orders cannot be shipped to addresses outside the U.S.
  • Processing time: Varies by brand. See the product listing for specifics.
  • Tracking: Included in your shipping update email.
  • Delivery estimates: Carriers provide estimated delivery dates. Actual delivery may vary.

If your tracking hasn't updated in several days, contact the brand directly using the info in your order confirmation or shipping update email.


Returns & Refunds

Each brand sets its own return policy. That policy is shown on every product listing.

  • Placing an order means you acknowledge the brand's return policy as listed.
  • To start a return, contact the brand directly using the info in your order confirmation or shipping update email.
  • If the brand doesn't respond within 7 business days, email info@shopdotapp.com and we'll help you reach them.

Refund Processing

Once the brand approves your return, your refund is issued to the original payment method. Refunds typically post within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or card issuer.


Damaged, Defective, or Wrong Items

Contact the brand first using the info in your order confirmation or shipping update email. They'll work with you on a replacement, refund, or exchange per their policy.

If you don't hear back within 7 business days, email info@shopdotapp.com and we'll escalate on your behalf.


Order Cancellations

Cancellation eligibility depends on the brand's policy and whether your order has already shipped. Contact the brand directly as soon as possible using the info in your order confirmation.
